ISL6614CBZA Overview
Its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.A packaging method of Tube is used.This configuration includes 4 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.By using 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.0°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number ISL6614.There can be a voltage up to 36V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
