ISL6614BIRZ-T Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.A total of 4 drivers are integrated into its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 7V~13.2V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6614B.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 36V.
