ISL6612EIBZ Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.By using 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.The input type is Non-Inverting.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number ISL6612.There are 8 component pins on the board.There can be a voltage up to 36V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
