There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.WGate driversh a 7V~13.2V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6612B.As its interface IC, FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.There can be a voltage up to 36V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
