ISL6610AIBZ-T Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.The base part number ISL6610 refers to a number of related parts.A high-side voltage can be set up to 36V (Bootstrap).
