ISL6609CRZ-T Overview
Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~5.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number ISL6609.In order to operate, a voltage of 5V has to be applied.The component has 8 pins.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 36V.
