ISL6608IRZ-T Overview
For greater flexibility, its 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package is used.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~5.5V, it can demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6608.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 22V.
