ISL6608CRZ Overview
Its 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.There is a package in the form of Tube.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~5.5V, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number ISL6608.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 22V.
