ISL6596IRZ Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.Tube is the packaging method.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.In the absence of a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6596.The number of component pins is 10.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 36V.
