ISL6554CB-T Overview
There are 4 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. To facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). Ready for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) package. In general, this voltage controller outputs a voltage of 0.95V~1.7V. Easy adaptability with the Surface Mount universal mount. The shunt regulator is intended for use at Controller, Intel Itanium? as well as other applications. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to 0°C~70°C in order to prevent malfunctions. The variable voltage regulator input voltage is designed to be 4.75V~5.25V.
