ISL6551IBZ-T Overview
Capsuled in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 10.8V~13.2V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~85°C TA. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 50kHz~500kHz . Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
