ISL6546IRZ Overview
A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. There is a switching frequency of 1.5MHz for this voltage regulator 12v.
