ISL6540AIRZA Overview
In the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
