ISL6532BCRZ-T Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable as a shipping the power management method.A convenient transport package is provided in 20-VQFN Exposed Pad .The Surface Mount mounting method is universal for easy adaptation.It is intended to be used at Memory, DDR/DDR2 Regulator as well as for other applications.To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to 0°C~70°C .See more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions with search ISL6532 .It is recommended that the supply current of the power ic be conducted at 5.25mA volts.
