ISL6527CRZ-T Overview
In the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 2.97V~3.63V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher.
