ISL6527ACR-T Overview
In the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 2.97V~3.63V volts and has 2.97V~3.63V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. It can switch at 300kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control is included in the dcdc regulator.
