ISL6526IB-T Overview
It comes in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 2.97V~3.63V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 600kHz position. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
