ISL6522BIR-T Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 10.8V~13.2V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Soft Start. Search for "ISL6522B" to find other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
