ISL6520AIR-T Overview
In the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4.5V~5.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Phase Control.
