ISL6506BIBZ-T Overview
The voltage regulator supports a total of 2 outputs. The alternator regulator is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad container to facilitate transportation. A package of Tape & Reel (TR) is ready for shipping. In general, this voltage controller outputs a voltage of 3.3V 5V. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. It is intended to be used in applications such as Controller, ACPI and others. A temperature setting of -40°C~85°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions.
