ISL6444CAZ-T Overview
The system supports a total of 2 outputs. The rectifier regulator is conveniently packaged in 28-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width). Currently, Tape & Reel (TR) packages are available for shipping. Volatge output is set to 0.9V~5.5V by this voltage controller. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. The electrical regulator is targeted at Controller, DDR and other applications. In order to prevent malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -10°C~85°C. This variable voltage regulator is designed to have a voltage input of 4.5V~24V. The voltage regulator contains 28terminals.
