With a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.97V~3.63V. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. This switching controller can switch at 600kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control. ISL6439 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
