ISL6439AIR-T Overview
It comes in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 2.97V~3.63V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 600kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
