ISL6439AIR Overview
The switching controller fits in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc controls with 2.97V~3.63V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 600kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Enable, Phase Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control.
