ISL6398HRTZ-TK Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 6 numbers. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). 4.75V~5.25V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in a -10°C~100°C TA dc switcher before. Switching can be done at 120kHz~2.025MHz with this switching controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. An analog IC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT is connected to the switch converters.
