ISL6398HRTZ-T Overview
It comes in a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 6 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With PWM Signal dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc controls with 4.75V~5.25V voltage are supplied and operated. A -10°C~100°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 120kHz~2.025MHz . It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Switch converters are connected to ICs with POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog outputs.
