ISL6324CRZ-T Overview
There are 2 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. To facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad. The power regulator is currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. Volatge output for this voltage controller is Up to 2V. It has a mounting type of Surface Mount. In addition to Controller, AMD SVI, this electrical regulator targets other applications as well. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to 0°C~70°C in order to prevent malfunctions.
