ISL6323IRZ-T Overview
The system supports a total of 2 outputs. In order to facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad. Currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages for shipping. There is a general voltage output of Up to 2Von this voltage controller. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Controller, AMD SVI and others. A temperature setting of -40°C~85°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions. It is designed to accept 5V~12V as the input voltage. The voltage regulator contains 48terminals. The part has been well received as a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER voltage regulator.
