ISL6323BIRZ-TR5381 Overview
There are 2 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is conveniently packaged in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad. Currently, the power regulator is available for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. The output voltage of this voltage controller is Up to 2V. This Surface Mount mount is universal and can be easily adapted. There are a number of applications targeted at Controller, AMD SVI. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions. This external regulator requires a voltage of 5V~12Vas its input voltage.
