ISL6322IRZ-T Overview
There are 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad for ease of transportation. The power regulator is currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. There is a general voltage output of 0.38V~1.99V from this power supply regulator. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. In addition to Controller, Intel VR10, VR11, AMD CPU, this electrical regulator targets other applications as well. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 5V~12V. Electronic components have 48 terminals.
