ISL6308ACRZR5609 Overview
Overall, it supports 1 outputs. In order to facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad. The power regulator is ready for shipment in Tube. Volatge output for this voltage controller is 0.6V~2.3V. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. This shunt regulator targets at Controller, DDR and other applications. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to 0°C~70°C in order to prevent malfunctions. It is designed to accept 5V~12V as the input voltage.
