ISL6307BCRZ-T Overview
Capsuled in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 6 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of dealing with PWM Signal dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThe supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~5.25V. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 80kHz~1MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start for efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC.
