ISL6223CAZA Overview
In the 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. It is capable of handling PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). 4.75V~5.25V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control.
