ISL6208CRZ Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-VQFN Exposed Pad is used.A package of Tube has been used.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -10°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6208.The number of component pins is 8.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 33V.
