ISL6207HRZ Overview
The 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package offers greater flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~5.5V, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -10°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6207.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 36V.
