ISL60002B-33W Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tray external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±0.03% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~105°C TA.It can be used with 20mA inputs.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 3.5V~5.5V voltage input.It generates a fixed voltage of 3.3V.It operates on a supply current of 700nA for its operation.There is a gadget in the FGA™ series.
