ISL5120CB Overview
The electrical component comes in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. Increasing operating temperature to around 0°C~70°C TA.
