ISL43145IRZ-T Overview
The electrical component comes in 16-VQFN Exposed Pad packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO/NC switching circuits. A 4 circuit is present in this switch device. ISL43145 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants.
