ISL43140IR-T Overview
Packed in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPST - NC switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 4 circuits.
