ISL2111ARTZ-T Overview
For greater flexibility, its 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).There are 2 drivers installed for this device.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 8V~14V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.10 terminations constitute its foundation.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL2111.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.On the board, there are 10 component pins.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 114V.
