IDT23S08E-1DC8 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. As the Clock PLL's input, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Providing a maximum frequency of 200MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~70°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CMOS, LVTTL logic levels is presented here. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Clock Multiplier, Zero Delay Buffer. According to the base part number IDT23S08-1, its related parts can be found.
