IDT23S08-1DCI Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. In this clock generator, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 133.3MHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
