IDT23S05-1DC Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 133MHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL works with 3V~3.6V supply voltage provided. Test statistics estimate a temperature of 0°C~70°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
