ICS621MIT Overview
A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used for packaging. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 200MHz. As far as I can tell, it is mounted by Surface Mount. The electrical component has a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution).
