ICL7660SCBA-T Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. There is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA. There is a switching frequency of 10kHz~35kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.5V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is -Vin 2Vin. As a result of the 45mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. 12V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V. The ICL7660S family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. The OUTPUT VOLTAGE UP TO 22.8V feature adds to the efficiency and stability of this switching regulator.
