ICL7660CBAZ Overview
As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER, it is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of 0°C~70°C TA when operating. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 1.5V as an input voltage. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is -Vin 2Vin. As a result of the 45mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design.
