HIP4083APZ Overview
For greater flexibility, the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.A total of 3 drivers are integrated into its configuration.It's mounted on the way to Through Hole.When the supply voltage is set to 7V~15V, it can demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Inverting.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number HIP4083.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 95V.
