Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 8V~14V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.Temperature range -55°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.A type of Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number HIP2120.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 114V.
