EL7562CUZ-T7 Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at 0°C~70°C TA. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 200kHz~1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 1V. Featuring a 2A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Its NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 5V is provided. The EL7562 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. The maximal output voltage of 3.8V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation.
