EL5525IRE-T13 Overview
There are 18 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. To facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad. Ready for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) package. The output voltage of this voltage controller is 0.5V~14.95V. Surface Mount Universal mount that facilitates easy adaptation. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Converter, TFT LCD and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions.
